Don the Beachcomber’s Mai Tai Swizzle
from “Beachbum Berry Remixed – A Gallery of Tiki Drinks”
Ingredients
- 1 oz. grapefruit juice
- 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz. Cointreau
- 1/4 oz. falernum
- 1 1/2 oz. Myer’s Plantation Rum or substitute Myer’s Legend rum
- 1 oz. Cuban rum or substitute gold Virgin Island rum
- 6 drops Pernod 1/8 oz.
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
Instructions
- Shake well with crushed ice. Pour unstrained into a double old-fashioned glass. Garnish with mint sprigs.
